Build distribution for the business.2. Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in the relationships managed for business development.3. interacting with customers at brand outlets4. Distribution management:5. Ensure proper distribution coverage6. Manage channel relationships.7. Drive sales numbers & retailer payment recon.8. Work with partners on Sales promotion ideas and execution to drive sales.9. Ensure process rigour and controllership.Experience & Qualification Required :1. Should be a Graduate or an MBA with 0.6-1 years of experience2. Experience with Distribution handling roles in Consumer Durables and Digital are preferred.3. Good communication and interpersonal skills4. Should be high on energy & a self starter5.
