Job Description
Key Responsibilities :- Sales Promotion : Actively promote company products (credit cards, bank accounts, SIM cards, etc.) to customers through the partner s channels, assisting in product demonstrations, sales pitches, and customer engagement.- Training & Support : Train and support the partner s sales team in understanding USPs, and key selling points, ensuring they are equipped to represent the company accurately and effectively.- Achieving Sales Targets : Work closely with the partner s team to set and achieve sales targets, offering guidance, motivation, and leadership to ensure consistent performance.- Customer Interaction : Engage with potential customers on-site, answering queries, addressing concerns, and helping them navigate the onboarding process for the products.- Market Feedback : Collect and relay customer feedback, sales insights, and market trends back to company headquarters, helping improve the product offering and sales approach.- Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations, resolve issues, and provide top-notch customer service.- Reporting & Analysis : Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and partner team performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Qualifications & Skills :- Experience : 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fintech, banking, or consumer products space.- Sales Skills : Strong track record in promoting and selling products, with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage customers effectively.- Team Leadership : Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, even in an indirect or support capacity, ensuring goals are met.- Customer-Centric : A customer-first approach, with a knack for understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns.- Problem-Solving : Proactive in identifying challenges and offering solutions to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Preferred Qualifications :- Prior experience in working with external partners or distributors.- Familiarity with fintech products or financial services.- Basic understanding of CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and reporting.
