You will be working in a fast-paced environment, playing a key role in driving business growth through lead generation and effective client communication. Key Responsibilities

• Contacting potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Explaining product features and benefits clearly and persuasively
• Following up on leads and closing sales
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Collaborating with the marketing and support teams for smooth operations

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or telesales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated
• Quick learner with the ability to understand products and services
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage
• Should be available to join immediately
