Business Operations Analyst

Ticket Management: Receive and manage maintenance tickets from stores, troubleshoot issues, and
identify root causes
Vendor Sourcing: Utilize search engines to locate and connect with local technicians in specific cities
to resolve identified issues.
Cost Negotiation: Negotiate service costs with technicians to ensure competitive pricing for the
required maintenance.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with store personnel, technicians, and
other stakeholders throughout the maintenance process.
Night Shift : Work exclusively during night shifts to support store operations and resolve maintenance
issues in real-time.
Requirements: - Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively
coordinating with stores and technicians.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience handling U.S. clients is an added advantage.
