Required Java Developer - Chennai

Responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase.&
Implement state management techniques in React.js, either using built-in features like React Hooks or external libraries like Redux, to manage application state effectively.&
Optimize React.js applications for speed and efficiency, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.&

Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and APIs. Write unit tests for React.js components and conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and stability of the application.&

Stay updated on emerging technologies in the front-end development space and propose improvements to existing processes and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications, ensuring efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Develop and implement solutions to solve complex business problems while maintaining high standards of quality and functionality.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code using best practices.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring seamless operation of back-end services.

2. System Architecture & Design:

• Participate in system architecture discussions, technical design, and code reviews.
• Identify and suggest improvements in software architecture to ensure scalability and high availability.
• Develop and manage APIs, microservices, and backend services for large-scale applications.

3. Troubleshooting & Debugging:

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex production issues to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for existing Java applications.
• Implement performance optimization techniques to improve system performance and resource utilization.

4. Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with front-end developers to integrate Java-based back-end systems with user-facing elements.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
• Communicate technical solutions and status updates to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

5. Testing & Code Quality:

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the code.
• Participate in automated testing and continuous integration processes to improve the development workflow.
• Perform regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

6. Research & Development:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Java development and related technologies.
• Evaluate new frameworks, libraries, and tools to continuously enhance development processes.
• Participate in innovation and proof-of-concept activities for new solutions or technologies.
