Manager - Business Development - Contract Lifecycle Management SaaS Product (3-8 Yrs) Goa (IT Sales)

Location: Verna, Goa Work type: Remote (Only if CLM Saas Experience)We are seeking a Business Development Manager for our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) SaaS product. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for lead the generation to product demosKey Responsibilities:- Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and lead generation tools - Qualify leads through discovery calls to understand business needs and assess potential fit - Conduct engaging and informative product demos tailored to the specific needs of each prospect - Nurture relationships with key decision-makers to build trust and move prospects through the sales funnel - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and support in deal closure - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status in the CRM system- Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with active campaigns and messaging - Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position the product. Will be responsible for the end to end sales, till the closure and other management of the team. Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 3-8 years of experience in software sales, with a focus on SaaS solutions- Experience selling contract lifecycle management software is a plus- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficient in CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc.- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospects and customers.
