Job Description
Role & Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation: Identify leads in given segments and work towards signing them with BRISKPE for payment solutions. 2. Customer Engagement: Meet with customers, understand their needs, and present suitable products/services to address those needs. 3. Manage existing accounts to ensure revenue levels are grown and product array widened, through cross sell 4. Sales Execution: Achieve allocated quarterly and yearly targets for sales in dedicated region. 5. Product Demonstration: Conduct product presentations, demo, commercial negotiation and agreement closure and show potential customers how our offerings can benefit them 6. Market Research: Gather feedback from customers and report insights on market trends and competitor activities to the sales manager. 7. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Act as first point of contact from business team for customer queries. 8. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions. Regularly update the sales manager on your progress. 9. Brand Representation: Represent the company professionally and positively in the market, ensuring brand consistency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: 1. 5 years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales preferred 2. Experience in customer servicing & engagement 3. Experience in portfolio management, cross sell & upsell 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Persuasive and confident, with a knack for closing deals. 6. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently. 7.
