We are seeking a motivated and communicative individual to join our team as a Telecaller / Work Acquisition Executive. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients or businesses to inquire about available work or project opportunities. You will also be responsible for maintaining communication records, following up on leads, and supporting other administrative or coordination tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to inquire about current or upcoming work/project opportunities.
Maintain a database of leads, contact information, and call outcomes.
Follow up on previous calls and inquiries to maintain relationships and increase work opportunities.
Coordinate with the internal team to understand capacity and relay relevant project details.
Assist in writing emails or messages for professional communication when needed.
Support other office or field-related tasks as assigned.
Provide daily updates and reports on calling progress.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor 's degree preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify language(s)].
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or business development is a plus.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
