Job Tittle: Relationship Manager Channel : Agency and DirectJob Summary: A Relationship Manager need to develop and manage partnerships with distribution channels to drive sales and revenue growth. This role involves building relationships with partners, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring partner performance is aligned with company goals. They act as a liaison between the company and its channel partners, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize sales outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities: - Finding, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners who align with the company s goals.
-Fostering strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
-Providing partners with the resources, training, and support they need to effectively sell the company s products or services.
-Monitoring and evaluating channel partner performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance their sales capabilities.
-Setting sales targets and goals for channel partners and providing support to help them achieve them. Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales and marketing required.
-Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream) - Required all semester marksheets.
