Job Summary:We are looking for a Sales Officer - BFSI who acquires new customers, promoting products and services, and building strong relationships. This includes actively seeking opportunities, conducting needs assessments, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. They are responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization.Channel: Agency Job Role: On-Roll Roles and Responsibilities: - Identifying, recruiting and guiding the team members to understand the market, customer and satisfy the needs of the customers.- Identifying and engaging potential customers, often through various marketing and sales strategies.- Presenting and explaining the benefits of financial products, policies and services to customers.- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
-Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets. Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct minimum 1 year of sales in any field 6 months of sales in BFSI sector - Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)- Required all semester marksheets.
