Executive - Field Sales - BFSI (1-6 Yrs) Trivandrum/Thiruvananthapuram (BFSI Sales)

Job Summary: We are looking for a Candidate who focuses on generating revenue and expanding a company s customer base through face-to-face interaction with customers. They are responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with both existing and potential customers. This involves presenting products/services, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targetsJob Role: On-Roll Channel: Agency and Direct. Roles and Responsibilities: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, often through networking, and market research.
-Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.- Presenting products or services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
-Negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
-Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals, often tracked through CRM systems.
-Managing customer interactions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Eligibility Criteria:- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct channel minimum 1 year of sales in any field 6 months of sales in BFSI sector - Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream) - Required all semester marksheets.
