Executive - Sales - IT (2-6 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram/Delhi (IT Sales)

Basic requirements: - Excellent communication skills.- Freshers/Minimum one year experience in sales/International Call Centers (Pre/Post Sales)- Exposure and understanding of BPO industry.- Graduation mandatory.- 6 days working (1 Roster Off)Skill set we are looking for:- Clarity of Speech in language supported by agent (English and Hindi mandatory)- Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment.- Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, resourceful.- Ability to Convince customers and showcase benefits.- Rate of speech adaptable to customer conversation.- Extremely good Grammatical and sentence formation skills- Good vocabulary and use of common phrasing in language supported by agent.- Attentive listening - able to listen and probe in order to recognize important information and identity customer needs.- Negotiation skills and provide effective rebuttals to objections raised by customers/caller- Salary: 27k CTC for Experienced (CHAT Process) and 27k CTC for- Experienced (Outbound Sales)- Perks: Attractive Incentives.- Note- Experience in relevant field (Sales Experience preferred - Voice Chat) is a must (ref:updazz.com)
