Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts such as Reliance, Big Bazaar, D-Mart, Spencer s, etc.- Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.- Ensure product visibility, availability, and proper planogram execution across stores.- Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure on-shelf availability and stock rotation.- Monitor and manage trade schemes and promotional activities.- Handle new product launches and category expansion within key accounts.- Analyze sales data and market trends to propose effective strategies.- Resolve operational and logistical issues with accounts and internal teams.- Track receivables and ensure timely collections.Key Requirements:- Bachelor s degree (MBA preferred)- 2-6 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales (preferably Modern Trade)- Strong understanding of the Modern Trade channel dynamics- Excellent negotiation and communication skills- Good analytical and data interpretation abilities- Proficient in MS Excel and sales reporting tools (ref:updazz.com)
