Executive - Business Development & Marketing (2-5 Yrs) Gujarat (B2B/Corporate Sales)

Key Responsibilities :Business Development:- Identify and pursue new B2C/D2C partnership and growth opportunities across local and regional markets.- Build and manage relationships with retailers, distributors, channel partners, and modern trade players.- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activity, and new business avenues.- Drive on-ground activations, campaigns, and collaborations to increase visibility and product reach.- Meet or exceed sales and expansion targets through proactive pipeline management.Marketing:- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns tailored to the B2C/D2C segment.- Coordinate with creative and content teams for marketing collateral, product promotions, and brand storytelling.- Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversions, ROI) and optimize campaigns accordingly.- Manage brand presence on social media and local marketing platforms to ensure consistent communication.- Organize events, exhibitions, and product launches in key areas for brand visibility and customer engagement.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- 2-5 years of experience in business development and marketing in B2C, D2C, Quick Commerce, or FMCG sectors.- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, product positioning, and brand building.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a go-getter attitude.- Proficiency in using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.- Experience working with local distributors, vendors, and promotional agencies is a plus.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Good to Have :- Experience with e-commerce platforms, influencer marketing, or retail marketing.- Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English for effective regional and national communication.- Prior experience in launching new products or market expansions.
