Associate - Inside Sales - Financial Services (2-3 Yrs) Pune (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for establishing and managing the process from lead generation to initial outreach. Leads are generated through the marketing efforts by our channel partners, and this role will focus on consolidating, managing, and systematically organizing them.Key Responsibilities:- Create and implement a structured process to track and manage leads from digital marketing campaigns- Consolidate leads from multiple sources into a centralized system for easy access and management - Develop and maintain a lead management system (CRM or equivalent) to track lead status, engagement, and follow-ups- Categorize and prioritize leads based on predefined qualification criteria to streamline outreach efforts- Execute the initial outreach to potential clients through email, calls, or other communication channels to establish engagement- Monitor lead interactions and analyse conversion data to refine outreach strategies and improve efficiency- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads for further sales engagement- Identify and implement automation tools to improve lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, interactions, and progress within the CRM system- Continuously optimize the lead management process by identifying gaps, improving workflows, and integrating feedbackQualifications:- BBA or MBA Graduate in Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred)- Experience with CRM tools- Strong organizational and process management skills- Ability to analyse and structure lead data for efficient tracking- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Self-driven and detail-oriented person with a problem-solving mindset (ref:updazz.com)
