Job Description: Front Line Sales ManagerPosition Overview: To oversee and direct the Agency Channel for our insurance business, we are seeking a Front-Line Sales Manager with expertise and a strong sense of initiative. The ideal applicant will be in charge of hiring, educating, and overseeing a group of insurance agents.Key Responsibility - Assemble, train, and onboard a group of insurance salespeople to make sure they hit or surpass their sales goals.
-Make sure the group meets the organization s sales goals and key performance indicators - Establish and maintain solid bonds with agency partners while making sure they support corporate objectives.
