Associate - Customer Support - Accounts Receivable Process (0-3 Yrs) Noida/Gurgaon/Gurugram (After-Sales/Customer Service)

Job Details:- Fresh graduates & experienced candidates from the healthcare industry are invited.- Work from Office (Night Shifts Mandatory).- Role involves calling & email interactions with customers, insurance companies, and patients for claims processing.- Immediate joiners preferred.Experience Criteria: - (BPO KPO Experience): 0 to 24 months.- RCM (US Healthcare RCM Experience): More than 24 months can be considered.- Undergraduates: Minimum 12 months of BPO/KPO experience required.- Any graduate can apply (except BTech & BE).- The accounts receivable follow-up team in a healthcare organization is responsible for looking after denied claims and reopening them to receive maximum reimbursement from the insurance companies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Follow up with the payer to check on claim status.- Identify denial reason and work on resolution.- Save claim from getting written off by timely following up.- Should have sound knowledge of working on Billing scrubbers and making edits.- Work on Contractual adjustments & write off projects.- Should have good Cash collected/Resolution Rate.- should have calling skills, probing skills and denials understanding.- Work in all shifts on a rotational basis.- No Planned leaves for next 6 months.Ideal Candidate:- Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute.- Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Good communication Skills (both written; verbal)Skill Set:- Candidate should be good in Denial Management.- Candidate should have knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid; ICD; CPT codes used on Denials.- Ability to interact positively with team members, peer group and seniorsPerks, Benefits and Work Culture:- 5 days working- Free transportation for all employees- Strong focus on female security (office premises & cab services)24x7 medical support at all office locations- Mediclaim insurance for employees & dependents- Term-life & personal accident insurance- Maternity & paternity leaves as per law- Day-care facility for female employees- International Process (US Healthcare) Interview Details:- Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Interview- Walk-in Days: Monday to Friday- Interview Timings: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (ref:updazz.com)
