We are expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to help drive business growth and build strong relationships with potential clients.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Sales:- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.- Proactively reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings.Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.Sales Strategy & Reporting:- Assist in developing sales strategies to meet business goals.- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.Market Research & Competitive Analysis:- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.- Identify new opportunities to expand the customer base.Qualifications:Education: Any Bachelor s degree.Experience:- 1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (Freshers are also welcome to apply).Skills:- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
