Regional Sales Director - Bank (4-8 Yrs) Chennai (BFSI Sales)

Job Summary:- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Director to drive growth through our agency network.
-The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing agency partners, ensuring consistent sales performance, and maintaining strong business relationships to achieve channel targets.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets through the agency channel.- Recruit, onboard, and train new agency partners and agents.- Monitor and drive productivity of agency partners through regular performance reviews.- Work with agencies on lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals to meet sales targets.- Analyze channel performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competition and identify growth opportunities.- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies in all agency channel activities.Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).- 4-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in agency/channel management.- Strong knowledge of agency distribution models and sales strategies.- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.For More Info : HR Niveda | PH - 91 70164 59919 (ref:updazz.com)
