Job Description
We are hiring tele sales executive, min education 12th pass. Salary starting from 7000-10000.; team leader also with team -experience candidate salary negotiable. Fresher are also invited for interview.&

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Sales Calls:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the lead database to promote products or services.
  • Conduct effective sales conversations by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Present and explain the features and benefits of the company s products or services.
  • Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Qualify leads and identify potential customers by engaging in persuasive dialogue.

2. Customer Relationship Building:

  • Establish rapport with prospective and existing customers to build long-term relationships.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor during all calls, creating a positive impression of the company.
  • Listen actively to customers, address their needs, and provide product or service recommendations.
  • Follow up with leads or customers to provide additional information and convert initial interest into a sale.
  • Handle customer objections and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring the customer feels valued.

3. Lead Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including contact details, sales conversations, and follow-up notes.
  • Update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with customer information and sales progress.
  • Track the status of each lead and follow up in a timely manner, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
  • Prioritize leads based on their level of interest and potential for conversion.

4. Sales Closing:

  • Convert leads into actual sales by closing deals effectively.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions, offering customized solutions when necessary.
  • Secure payment details or commitments from customers and ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Process orders or sales requests accurately and promptly, ensuring order fulfillment.

5. Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
  • Attend training sessions or briefings to stay informed about product updates, promotions, and pricing changes.
  • Address any product-related inquiries, ensuring customers are well-informed before making purchasing decisions.

6. Reporting and Performance Tracking:

  • Provide regular updates to the sales manager regarding performance, customer feedback, and sales figures.
  • Keep track of sales achievements and continuously evaluate personal performance against targets.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions on improving sales strategies and processes.
