Role : Sales Executive ( Car Showroom Sales) - Female OnlyExperience : Min 1 Yr Location : Pollachi/Coimbatore/TirupurSalary : Min 25k Requirements :- Minimum one year experience in any Showroom Sales- Only Female CandidatesKey Responsibilities :Customer Engagement :- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming showroom environment.- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.- Offer expert advice on product features, benefits, and suitability.Sales and Product Promotion :- Present and demonstrate products effectively to meet customer needs.- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to maximize sales.- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.Showroom Maintenance :- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.- Maintain product displays and ensure adequate inventory levels.Documentation and Reporting :- Process sales transactions and generate invoices accurately.- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update the sales manager.Customer Relationship Management :- Build and maintain relationships with customers for repeat business.- Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.Team Collaboration :- Work closely with the showroom team and other departments to achieve common goals.- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and sales techniques.Key Skills and Qualifications :- Education: High school diploma; a bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.- Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a showroom environment is preferred.- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.- Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.- Presentation Skills: Ability to showcase products effectively.- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Contact : Thrisha HR Recruiter 7395807355 (ref:updazz.com)
