Required Junior Architect - Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Development:

• Assist senior architects in conceptualizing and developing design ideas for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
• Prepare presentations, design layouts, mood boards, and visualizations for client reviews.
• Contribute ideas in team brainstorming sessions and client design meetings.

2. Drafting and Documentation:

• Produce architectural drawings such as floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD, Revit, or other software.
• Create 3D models and renderings for design visualization using SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, etc.
• Assist in preparing construction documents, working drawings, and tender sets.

3. Site Coordination & Visits:

• Conduct regular site visits to assist with site measurement, drawing verification, and supervision (if required).
• Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and vendors under the direction of the project architect.
• Ensure that site execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

• Assist in preparing documentation for municipal or statutory approvals.
• Ensure that designs comply with building codes, local regulations, environmental standards, and zoning laws.

5. Team & Client Support:

• Support communication with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain project files, revisions, and architectural documentation.
• Prepare minutes of meetings, drawing logs, and material specifications under supervision.
