• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive customer engagement.
• Manage end-to-end email marketing: list building, segmentation, content creation, automation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align campaign strategies with lead generation goals.
• Use tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar for campaign execution and analytics.
• Monitor campaign metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate, and conversions; optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Build and maintain a clean, GDPR-compliant email database.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new lead sources and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and B2B lead generation.
• Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue).
• Strong understanding of email automation, list segmentation, and CRM integration.
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and campaign dashboards.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email compliance regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B or SaaS marketing environment.
• Familiarity with cold email outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Woodpecker).
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email design and editing.
