Role Overview:We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers who are eager to start their career in the EdTech space. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our educational solutions, all while learning and growing in a supportive and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Business Development:- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outreach.- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, corporates, and other potential clients.- Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth areas.- Assist in the preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.Marketing:- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.- Support the creation of engaging content (blogs, articles, newsletters, etc.) that aligns with our brand and audience.- Assist in managing and updating our website and social media platforms.- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and provide suggestions for improvement.Customer Engagement:- Provide support for onboarding new clients and customers.- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in solving their issues.- Gather customer feedback and assist in implementing improvements in our offerings.Collaboration & Learning:- Collaborate with various departments (Sales, Marketing, Product) to execute strategies that drive growth.- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve your skills.Required Skills & Qualifications:- A recent Postgraduate in Business, Marketing.- Strong interest in Business Development, Marketing, and the EdTech industry.- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).- Self-motivated, with a passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email campaigns, etc.) is a plus.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
