This includes recruiting, training, and managing agents to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in insurance sales, a strong agent network, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of insurance agents.- Drive and exceed sales targets through the agency channel.- Implement strategies to improve agent productivity and performance.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure long-term engagement.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to agents.- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.Tools / Software / Application:CRM Tools- Insurance Policy Management Systems- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Communication Platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)How to Apply:Send your resume, cover letter, and passport-size photo and assignments in PPT format to hr@samraatgroup.com.
