For our professional managed fast growing civil management& firm , we required Post - Field Executive - 2 Nos Post Qualification Diploma / BE Civil The fresh candidate is also apply& The computer basic knowledge in MS office, Word, Excel Is essential& Also good communication skill in Marathi / English is essential& Also talk and written& in Marathi is must Own Two Wheeler is essential and petrol allowance is given The salary is as per the market standard and its working methodology&

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision and Execution:

• Monitor day-to-day on-site civil construction activities.
• Ensure that work is progressing as per the approved drawings, standards, and schedule.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to solve any on-site issues.

2. Material Management:

• Check the availability of required materials at the site.
• Raise material requests in advance to avoid work delays.
• Inspect the quality and quantity of materials received and report discrepancies.

3. Contractor and Labor Coordination:

• Liaise with civil contractors, laborers, and sub-vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Allocate daily tasks and ensure timely execution by site teams.
• Monitor labor attendance and productivity.

4. Quality Assurance:

• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure work meets company and client standards.
• Highlight any non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure workmanship complies with design and technical specifications.

5. Safety & Compliance:

• Enforce safety rules and regulations at the site.
• Ensure workers use proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Report incidents or hazards immediately to the project manager.

6. Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain daily site reports (DPR), attendance registers, material usage logs, and photo documentation.
• Submit updates to the project coordinator or manager on progress, issues, and site needs.
• Assist in preparing weekly progress reports and updates for clients if required.

7. Client and Vendor Coordination:

• Occasionally interact with clients or consultants for on-site discussions.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and installation of civil products or services.
• Support billing verification based on site measurements and actual work done.
