Job Description
RSM:Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Planning:- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.- Set sales quotas and targets for the team.Team Leadership and Management:- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales representatives.- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support.Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Sales Operations:- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data.- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.- Manage the regional sales budget effectively.Market Expansion:- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region.- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.- Ensure Company products are well-distributed and visible in the region.Channel Management:- Manage relationships with various distribution channels, including general trade, key accounts, and HoReCa.- Ensure effective implementation of sales promotions and marketing campaigns.Reporting and Analysis:- Prepare regular sales reports and analyses.- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Other Responsibilities:- Represent Company at industry events and trade shows.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.Skills and Qualifications:- Experience: Proven experience of 12 years in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.- Education: Any graduate with Masters degree in Sales/Marketing preferred- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.- Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs.- Product Knowledge: Knowledge of beverages products and the industry.- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.ASM:The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for primary and secondary target achievement of the assigned territory. Handle General Trade & Modern Trade for Oxyrich Water and other beverages. Adept at identifying and developing key clients for business excellence and accomplishment of targets.Key Responsibilities:- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve both primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory.- Sales Network Management: Expand and manage the sales network, including distributors and dealers.- Channel Management: Manage channel partners, including general trade, key accounts, corporates, Horeca, and institutional accounts.- Market Analysis: Understand and analyze the market situation, competitor activities, and customer needs.- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers.- Sales Force Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets, providing training and support.- Inventory Management: Monitor trade partner/distribution inventories and plan stock levels to ensure continuous availability of key SKUs.- Trade Scheme Implementation: Implement and manage trade schemes to drive sales.- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and MIS reports.- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand market coverage.- Infrastructure Development: Work towards expanding the market with the addition of distributors and infrastructure in the territory.- Problem Solving: Resolve customer and product queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Skills and Qualifications:- Experience: Proven experience of 8-10 years in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.- Education: Any graduate with Masters degree in Sales/Marketing preferred- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.- Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs.- Product Knowledge: Knowledge of beverages products and the industry.- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Sales Executive:Key Responsibilities:- Sales: Focus on acquiring and retaining clients in the hotel, restaurant, bar, and corporate sectors.- Market Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key distributors.- Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new market areas and opportunities for Company products.- Distribution Management: Work ...
