Required Marketing Executive - Panchkula

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the company s products and services.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, social media outreach, and paid advertisements.
• Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and digital ads.
• Track campaign performance and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies through metrics like engagement, conversions, and ROI.

2. Digital Marketing:

• Help manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), SEO, SEM (Google Ads), and email marketing.
• Monitor social media platforms for customer engagement, industry trends, and competitor activity, and create content that drives brand visibility.
• Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to increase organic website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Analyze website traffic, email campaigns, and social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and others.

3. Market Research:

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors, as well as competitor activities.
• Gather data to identify market trends, customer segments, and new opportunities for marketing strategies.
• Analyze consumer feedback and recommend improvements to products, services, or marketing tactics.

4. Content Creation and Strategy:

• Create content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media posts, website content, and newsletters.
• Develop content strategies and schedules to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all platforms.
• Ensure that all marketing materials are aligned with the company s brand guidelines and tone.

5. Event Management:

• Support in organizing and managing events such as trade shows, product launches, webinars, and conferences.
• Coordinate logistics, venue selection, marketing collateral, and attendee communications for successful event execution.
• Manage event budgets and track ROI to determine event success and areas for improvement.

6. Brand Promotion and Awareness:

• Contribute to strategies aimed at improving brand visibility and strengthening brand positioning in the market.
• Build relationships with influencers, partners, and industry experts to amplify marketing efforts.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communication platforms.
