Job Description
Marketing executive oversee many aspects of a campaign throughout the entire lifespan of a product, service or idea. The Marketing executive& will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company s customer base and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our firm.& & Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products or services.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns including print, digital, and outdoor advertising.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure timely execution of marketing materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve results.

2. Digital Marketing Support:

  • Assist in managing company presence on digital platforms including social media, websites, and email newsletters.
  • Create content for social media posts, digital ads, blog posts, and promotional materials.
  • Run basic digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Track and report on digital campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Collect customer feedback and insights to understand preferences and behavior.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on market conditions, customer demographics, and competitor activities.
  • Use insights to assist in the development of new product ideas or promotional tactics.

4. Event Coordination and Promotions:

  • Plan, organize, and attend promotional events such as trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, branding material, giveaways, and customer engagement strategies for events.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry and networking events.
  • Follow up on leads generated through events and maintain event ROI reports.

5. Branding and Communication:

  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all platforms and materials.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers to develop brochures, banners, product catalogs, and branding assets.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Maintain an archive of marketing materials and creative assets for future use.
