We are looking for a motivated and experienced Direct Sales with a strong background in field sales. If you have a passion for sales, client growth, and hitting targets - we want to hear from you!Roles & Responsibilities:- Negotiate deals and close sales- Stay updated on market trends and competitors- Build and maintain strong client relationships- Improve sales approaches and strategies regularly- Discover new business opportunities through calls, leads, and networking- Work with the technical team to prepare proposals and presentations- Present company products and services to potential customers- Achieve monthly sales targetsCandidate Criteria:- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or distribution sales- Graduation is mandatory- Must be a Bangalore local for at least 3 years- Strong understanding of team management and field sales processesInterested?
