Job Description
Position title: Sales Executive Experience :4 yearsBudget: 10-15 LPALocation: ChennaiNotice period : 30 Days- Immediate joinerSkills Set : IT sales, OEM Sales, Security solution sales, know about the Chennai market, visit for client meetings.Key Responsibilities:- Understand and execute the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.- Identify and profile potential customers based on business size and industry verticals.- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the customer hierarchy.- Promote and sell IT products, OEM solutions, and security technologies tailored to customer needs.- Conduct regular client visits and on-site meetings to strengthen relationships and understand customer requirements.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Chennai market, including customer landscape and competitor activity.- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.- Accurately report sales activities, pipeline status, and market intelligence.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 4 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in the Chennai market.- Strong experience in IT Sales, OEM Sales, and Security Solution Sales.- Deep understanding of sales strategy, customer segmentation, and market topology.- Proven track record of target achievement.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong interpersonal skills with a go-getter attitude, persistence, and focus.- Familiarity with security technologies is a plus.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
