Job Description
Description:1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.2. Client Engagement:- Reach out to potential clients and establish contact through cold calls, emails, or in-person meetings.- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients.3. Sales Presentations and Proposals:- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.- Highlight the benefits and features of products or services, addressing any questions or concerns.4. Negotiation and Closing:- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to maximize profitability while meeting customer requirements.- Close sales deals and secure contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed.5. Sales Reporting and Administration:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the sales pipeline.- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.6. Market Analysis:- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.- Use insights to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies as needed.7. Collaboration:- Work closely with the sales team and other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaignsRequirements:- Sales experience in Residential complexes, societies etc- Should be comfortable with extensive field visits (ref:updazz.com)
