Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling advertising space, sponsorship packages, and promotional services to businesses across various sectors, both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Sell advertising space in WhatsOn print and digital platforms, including website and social media.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
Present media kits, pricing, and tailored proposals to clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep records of sales activity and prepare regular reports.
Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and design teams to ensure client needs are met.
Attend industry events, networking sessions, and WhatsOn-sponsored programmes.
Requirements
Proven sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, or publishing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confident, outgoing personality with a professional attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
Fluent in English and Bangla (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
