Customer Relationship Management

Selected intern 's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on filling in data given by the customers on our system and on Google Sheets
2. Assist with the after-sales process by coordinating with the Support Team
3. Understand and Work on the daily bifurcation of data for the team members
4. Conduct a daily analysis of leads called by the team
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
6. Contribute to the development and improvement of data management processes and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Advanced Excel and CRM.
2. Strong written and spoken English skills
3. Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
5. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
