Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Consultation and Customer Engagement:

• Provide expert guidance to customers by explaining product features, benefits, use cases, and comparisons to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Engage with potential customers on live chat, social media, email, forums , and other platforms to respond to inquiries in real-time.
• Understand the pain points, preferences, and needs of the customer to offer personalized product recommendations.
• Follow up with customers post-engagement to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products, new releases, and updates to provide accurate information at all times.

2. Brand Voice & Communication:

• Serve as the voice of the brand on digital platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, language, and style across all touchpoints.
• Develop engaging responses and content that reflect the brand s personality and values, whether on social media, support channels, or in product discussions.
• Monitor brand mentions across platforms and respond appropriately, ensuring all public communication supports a positive brand image.
• Translate technical product details into easy-to-understand messaging that resonates with the target audience.

3. Social Media Presence & Influence:

• Actively participate in brand-related discussions on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, etc.).
• Generate interest and leads by engaging authentically with followers, influencers, and relevant communities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to run social media campaigns that highlight product features and user benefits.
• Identify user-generated content and engage with creators to build community trust and credibility.

4. Content Contribution and Messaging:

• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop FAQs, knowledge base articles, product videos, social media posts, and promotional material .
• Create short-form product content (e.g., tips, how-to videos, testimonials, product highlight stories) that educate and engage customers.
• Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to help shape future content strategies and product messaging.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure aligned messaging and accurate product positioning.
• Share real-time customer feedback with the product team to contribute to product improvement, feature prioritization, and development planning.
