Job Description:- Title: Client Solutions & Strategy Analyst- Experience: 2 to 5 years - Location: Hyderabad Must Have: - Strategic Content Development- Client Solutions- Pre Sales- Business Development- Jira- Business strategy- MS Office SuiteRole And Responsibilities: - Client Presentation Development: Partner with pre-sales and client service teams to design and develop client presentations that effectively communicate problem statements, propose tailored solutions, and create compelling narratives that align with client goals.- Strategic Content Creation: Develop and maintain strategic business content, including presentations, Point of Views (POVs), proposals, and executive decks, ensuring the content is clear, persuasive, and aligned with both client needs and business objectives.- Pre-sales and Client Engagement Support: Assist in preparing high-quality materials for client discussions, supporting both new business opportunities and expansion efforts with existing clients. Ensure that all materials are strategically aligned with the client s business needs.- Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership to ensure that all client-facing materials reflect the company s strategic objectives and business priorities. Provide insights and recommendations to align content with overall company strategy.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with multiple teams, including sales, pre-sales, and service delivery, to gather inputs and insights, ensuring content and proposals are aligned with the organization s strategic direction and client requirements.- Opportunity Identification: Support the identification of growth opportunities with existing clients by crafting compelling presentations and strategic narratives that resonate with client needs and unlock new business avenues.Skills:- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to break down complex client challenges and craft well-structured, actionable solutions. Experience in data analytics and understanding the data management ecosystem will be a strong advantage in this process.- Excellent Communication and Storytelling Ability: Skilled in creating persuasive, clear, and engaging presentations that effectively communicate strategies and solutions to clients.- Strategic Mindset: Ability to support business growth through strategic client engagement and identifying opportunities for expanding relationships.- Collaborative Approach: Proven ability to work seamlessly with pre-sales, sales, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and success in client engagements.- Industry-Specific Experience: Ideally, we are looking for someone who has prior experience working at top-tier Data Analytics/Consulting firms or similar organizations.
