-The ideal candidate will have prior experience in field sales or onboarding, particularly in the auto and cab driver segment.- This role involves onboarding auto and cab drivers onto our platform, ensuring all documentation and requirements are completed.Key Responsibilities:- Visit field locations to approach and onboard auto and cab drivers.- Explain platform benefits and assist with documentation and registration processes.- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly onboarding targets.- Maintain records of daily activities and submit reports to the supervisor.- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any onboarding-related issues.Ideal CandidateEligibility Criteria:Education: 12th pass or GraduateExperience: Minimum 1 year of field sales or onboarding experience (auto/cab segment preferred)Age Limit: 18 to 40 yearsGender: Male candidates preferredLanguages Required: Hindi and local language (Marathi)Salary & Benefits:Monthly Salary: - 25,000 - 30,000Incentives: - 500 per successful onboardingAdditional Perks:- Fixed salary high performance-based incentives- Performance-based bonuses- Career growth opportunities (Team Leader / Supervisor roles) (ref:updazz.com)
