Job description:Job Overview:We re hiring a Public Relations Executive to help shape how people see our organization. You ll work on strengthening media relationships and ensuring our message reaches the right audience in the right way.Role & Responsibilities:1. Develop PR Strategies:- Design and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.- Monitor public sentiment and industry trends, adjusting approaches as needed.2. Media Relations:- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.- Act as the primary contact for media inquiries, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses.3. Press Releases and Conferences:- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, articles, and other communication materials.- Organize and manage press conferences, media briefings, and interviews.4. Campaign Support:- Collaborate with the PR team to plan, execute, and evaluate PR campaigns.- Align campaign content with strategic goals to maximize impact.5. Content Creation:- Develop compelling communication materials such as press releases, blog posts, and newsletters.- Proofread and edit PR content for accuracy, consistency, and impact.6. Event Management:- Assist in planning and executing promotional events, trade shows, and corporate gatherings.- Handle logistics, coordinate media attendance, and manage post-event follow-ups.7.
