This role involves end-to-end video production including conceptualization, scripting, editing, and post-production. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong understanding of content trends across platforms.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with content strategists, designers, and marketing teams to conceptualize and create compelling videos.- Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality finished content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.- Add effects, transitions, animations, subtitles, and sound to enhance visual storytelling.- Adapt video content for different formats and platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, website, etc.).- Manage post-production workflow including color grading, audio editing, and final exports.- Organize and maintain project files, media libraries, and asset backups.- Stay updated on the latest video trends, tools, and platform best practices.Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in Media, Film, Animation, Mass Communication, or a related field.- 2-3 years of experience in video creation, editing, or post-production.- Proficiency with video editing and motion graphics tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, etc.- Strong visual storytelling, composition, and pacing skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Skills:- Experience with animation, motion design, or 2D/3D graphics.- Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic filming setups.- Understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
