Please find the below details for your ref.Role - Channel Sales (IC Role)Industry - Real Estate (Residential)Experience - 3 - 10 years Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout) Mode of Work: Work from Office. 6 days a week. (Mon to Sun) (Tuesday Holiday)Qualification: Graduate or equivalent degreeAbout the Company: Urban rise (www.urbanrise.in)Job Description:- Bring new Channel Partners on board and maintain relationships with existing Channel Partners.- Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the Projects.- Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ Channel Partner expectations.- Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ Channel Partners and Closing team- Access, clarify and validate Channel Partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high Channel Partner satisfaction rate- Conduct regular product training for the Channel Partner and their team- Make sure the Leads generated are serviced within the TAT- Same day- Coordinate for the Channel Partner pay-outs post booking- Monthly Market & Competitor Analysis, studying the trends & new developments in the marketQualifications:- 3 plus years of experience in Channel Sales catering to Real Estate/ Interior / E-Learning / EdTech Firm. (Any of these industry).- Strong analytical skills and decision-making.- Excellent communication, and collaboration abilities.- Should be comfortable to work from office and Industry.
