Job Responsibilities:
Conduct telemarketing activities, including lead generation and appointment setting. Handle both inbound and outbound calls for B2B and B2C clients. Conduct surveys and verification processes to ensure data accuracy. Provide exceptional customer support through calls, emails, and live chat. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed performance targets.
Requirements:
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcomed. & Fluency in English is essential. & Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. & Age limit: Below 40 years. & Ability to work night shifts. & Work from the office in Surat, Gujarat.
Compensation:

• Salary: 20,000 to 70,000 per month, plus incentives based on the campaign you work on.

Working Schedule:

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Sunday-Saturday off).
