Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary School Head to lead Global Gateway Chennai Champs in achieving its mission of providing high-quality education rooted in global perspectives. The School Head will provide strategic leadership, foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, and ensure the overall success and growth of the school. Key Responsibilities:

• Visionary Leadership:& Develop and articulate a compelling vision for the school that aligns with global educational trends and the needs of our diverse student body.
• Academic Excellence:& Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of a rigorous and globally-minded curriculum that promotes critical thinking, creativity, and cultural understanding.
• Administrative Management:& Manage all aspects of school operations, including budgeting, staffing, facilities management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Staff Development:& Recruit, train, and support a team of highly qualified educators and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and excellence.
• Student Engagement:& Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that empowers students to reach their full potential and become responsible global citizens.
• Parent and Community Relations:& Build strong partnerships with parents, guardians, and the broader community to enhance student learning, support school initiatives, and promote a positive school culture.
• Global Perspective:& Infuse global perspectives into the school 's programs and activities, fostering intercultural understanding and preparing students to thrive in an interconnected world.

Qualifications:

• Master 's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in an international school setting.
• Strong understanding of global education trends, curriculum frameworks, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others, build effective teams, and foster a positive school culture.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset.
• Knowledge of Indian educational laws and regulations.
