Hindi Telesales - BPO

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared sales script.
• Explain products or services in clear, accurate, and convincing Hindi.
• Generate interest and create awareness about the offerings.
• Identify prospective buyers and gather relevant customer data.

2. Sales Conversion

• Engage customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Persuade and convince customers to purchase products or services.
• Handle objections tactfully and overcome resistance during calls.
• Close sales and meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
• Answer customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with leads through calls, SMS, or WhatsApp if required.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service during interactions.

4. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain proper records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.
• Update CRM software or call sheets with details of each interaction.
• Report call status, sales achievements, and any customer feedback to supervisors.
• Escalate unresolved issues or complaints to the appropriate department.

5. Teamwork and Compliance

• Work closely with team leaders, supervisors, and trainers to improve performance.
• Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
• Adhere to company policies, call handling protocols, and compliance guidelines.
