Our company, myUpchar is India 's leading Digital Hospital serving over 2 crore patients online every month. We provide health information, consultation & medicines based on our treatment protocols for best patient outcomes at affordable rates. This job will involve talking to patients, counselling and selling healthcare products based on treatment protocols developed by our doctors.&
To succeed in this job, you will be expected to -&
- Making Strong Follow-ups..
- Doing Health Counselling.
- Placing Order and Delivery Follow-ups.
- Delivering revenue based on targets.
Desired Candidate profile
- Should have 6 Months to 2 Years experience in Sales.
- Should be either a graduate or pursuing graduation.
- Should have prior Tele Sales Experience, Healthcare Background Preferred.
- Great communication skills.
- Proven record of earning incentives in previous companies.

Soft Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude while dealing with customers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to handle rejection professionally.
  • Time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
