You ll dive into real-world tasks from day one , which includes optimizing processes and collaborating across teams to ensure we deliver on our promises, and making things efficient and seamless, so our people and systems are always in sync.- We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team at Meritto. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to understand complex SaaS products and translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.- This role involves creating and managing content for our help center, including user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and other technical materials to enhance customer support and product adoption.Key Responsibilities:- Content Development: Create comprehensive technical documentation such as user manuals, product guides, API documentation, and online help resources that are clear, accurate, and user-friendly.- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and customer support teams to gather and interpret complex technical information, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.- Help Center Management: Develop and maintain the help center infrastructure, including how-to sections, FAQs, and support articles, to facilitate self-service support for customers.- Content Strategy: Assist in the development of content strategies and manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent delivery of high-quality content across various channels.- Continuous Improvement: Monitor analytics on the usage of help center materials and gather user feedback to identify areas for content enhancement and improved customer satisfaction.What we re looking for:Qualifications:- A Bachelor s degree in relevant discipline.- 1-2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably within the SaaS industry.- Ability to understand and accurately translate technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.- Proficiency in using documentation tools and content management systems.- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Skills:- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.- Experience with version control systems and collaborative tools.- Knowledge of coding and scripting languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
