Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and onboard skilled insurance agents.- Implement ongoing training and development initiatives to improve agents expertise and knowledge.- Inspire and motivate the team to meet sales targets.- Assess and monitor agent performance, offering coaching and constructive feedback.- Tackle team challenges and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.Desired Candidate Profile:- Education: Bachelor s degree- Candidates with an operations background are not suitable for this position.- The role requires 100% fieldwork focused on policy sales.- Experience: 1 to 4 years in any sales field (FMCG, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, NBFC, BFSI, Loans, Mutual Funds)- Age: Minimum 21 years, maximum 38 years- A two-wheeler is mandatory.For more information - Kindly Contact Us :Shivani P | HR TeamPhone/WhatsApp : 91 6354086229 (ref:updazz.com)
