Job Description
Identify potential clients , generate leads through cold calling and referrals
Well known about market trends
Meet and exceeds sales targets
Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals&
Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance&
Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives&
Helps to interview, hire, manage, and direct members of the company s marketing and sales teams&
Assigns specific employees to marketing and sales projects or client accounts as needed&
Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures&
Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for product promotions, service launches, or seasonal activities.
  • Coordinate with design teams or vendors to create brochures, banners, emailers, and digital content.
  • Implement both online and offline marketing strategies to reach target audiences.

2. Lead Generation & Customer Outreach:

  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, database marketing, email campaigns, or networking.
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into walk-ins, registrations, or purchases (depending on industry).
  • Organize customer interaction sessions, demos, or client meetings.

3. Social Media & Digital Marketing Support:

  • Manage or coordinate updates on company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create or post content related to campaigns, testimonials, product features, etc.
  • Monitor digital campaigns and assist in basic SEO/SEM tasks (if applicable).

4. Field Marketing & Local Promotions:

  • Visit local markets, societies, business complexes, or institutions to distribute flyers or conduct presentations.
  • Support branding activities such as banners, events, stalls, or exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with local vendors or print media for timely delivery of marketing material.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Collect data on customer preferences, competitors, pricing, and market trends.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in preparing reports or presentations for internal review.

6. Sales Coordination Support:

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales goals.
  • Prepare promotional materials, offers, and customer presentations.
  • Track responses to campaigns and follow up on potential leads.

7. Event and Campaign Participation:

  • Assist in organizing corporate events, roadshows, product launches, or community activities.
  • Represent the company during promotional activities and networking events.
