Job Description
Hiring candidates with minimum qualification of graduation. Both freshers and experienced can apply for it. Candidate should have the potential to manage team and drive sales through the team. Payout structure for the job role will be fixed incentives and it is not negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management & Leadership

  • Supervise, manage, and support a team of sales executives to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Assign sales targets to individual team members and track performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one mentoring sessions.
  • Encourage a competitive yet collaborative environment to foster team growth.

2. Sales Execution & Monitoring

  • Drive individual and team performance to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, lead generation, prospecting, client follow-ups, and deal closures.
  • Monitor cold calling efforts, field visits, client meetings, and other lead conversion activities.
  • Resolve escalations related to customer complaints, pricing, or service delivery.

3. Training & Development

  • Train new hires on product knowledge, sales techniques, company policies, and CRM tools.
  • Continuously coach team members on best practices and sales skills enhancement.
  • Organize workshops, simulations, and refresher training to improve performance.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and report key sales metrics such as lead conversion rate, sales closures, and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance dashboards to management.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to forecast revenue, improve strategy, and optimize productivity.

5. Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring a smooth sales-to-service transition.
  • Assist team members in handling high-value clients or complex sales negotiations.
  • Ensure follow-up on leads and maintain relationships with past and potential clients.

6. Sales Strategy & Market Intelligence

  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on client needs, competition, and promotional ideas.
  • Recommend adjustments to sales tactics based on market behavior and competitor analysis.
  • Participate in product launches, events, or field campaigns to support business growth.
