Required Telecaller - Ghaziabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our sales and customer engagement team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote products or services, generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to influence and engage clients positively over the phone. This role is vital in helping the organization build its customer base, retain existing clients, and support the overall sales process. Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:

• Make outbound calls to leads or prospective customers from the company database, cold call lists, or referrals.
• Introduce products or services in a clear, structured, and engaging manner.
• Follow a prepared script or pitch, but also personalize interactions based on the customer s needs.
• Explain the benefits and features of the product or service being offered.

2. Inbound Call Handling:

• Attend incoming calls from existing or potential customers.
• Answer questions, clarify doubts, and provide information as per the customer 's inquiry.
• Direct calls to the appropriate departments if further assistance is needed.

3. Lead Generation & Qualification:

• Identify opportunities by understanding the customer s interests and requirements.
• Record and update contact details, call outcomes, and lead status in the CRM or tracking system.
• Forward qualified leads to the sales or business development team for follow-up.
• Ensure follow-up calls are made as per schedule and status.

4. Sales Support:

• Assist in achieving monthly or weekly call and conversion targets.
• Upsell or cross-sell products or services when appropriate.
• Share promotional offers, limited-time deals, or upcoming events to engage customers.

5. Customer Relationship Building:

• Build rapport and maintain a professional relationship with customers.
• Handle complaints or dissatisfaction calmly and route complex issues to the concerned department.
• Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.
• Gather feedback to help improve product offerings or service levels.

6. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain records of calls, leads, customer responses, and follow-ups.
• Prepare daily and weekly call summaries and share with team leaders or managers.
• Keep call logs updated and ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system.

7. Coordination & Teamwork:

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and lead follow-up strategies.
