Female Front Desk Executive /Representative

1. Reception and Customer Handling:

• Greet walk-in clients, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Guide customers to the appropriate product section or sales representative based on their needs.
• Offer refreshments and ensure clients are comfortable while waiting.
• Maintain a welcoming and neat front desk and reception area at all times.

2. Phone and Email Communication:

• Handle incoming phone calls, route them to the appropriate departments, or take accurate messages.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email regarding product availability, showroom timings, or appointments.
• Maintain records of inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups for unresolved queries.

3. Showroom Coordination and Client Engagement:

• Assist walk-in customers by providing basic information about furnishing products such as curtains, upholstery, blinds, mattresses, cushions, or wallpaper.
• Coordinate appointments and demo sessions with interior designers or sales staff.
• Support the showroom team in preparing product displays and ensuring materials are organized and presented neatly.

4. Administrative Support:

• Maintain a daily visitor log including client details, purpose of visit, and contact information.
• Prepare basic reports such as inquiry logs, client feedback forms, or appointment schedules.
• Maintain and update client databases using MS Excel or showroom software.
• Assist in documentation tasks such as filing invoices, quotations, and product catalog updates.

5. Coordination with Sales and Delivery Teams:

• Inform the sales team about customer appointments and scheduled follow-ups.
• Provide support in tracking customer orders or deliveries in coordination with the logistics department.
• Help prepare product samples, brochures, and promotional material for client discussions.

6. Customer Satisfaction and Feedback Collection:

• Ensure clients are attended to promptly and efficiently.
• Collect feedback or reviews from clients after their visit or purchase.
• Resolve minor customer concerns courteously or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
